About Us

Hello, I’m Michelle of Chelle Mac Creative – offering freelance website design, Shopify expertise and social media marketing services for small business (with the focus on product-based companies)

Our name comes from the combination of my name (Michelle) and my side-kick dachshund Mac, who accompanies me mostly everywhere!

As well as a degree in Marketing & Communication and over 20 years’ experience, I also have 17 years’ experience running my own e-commerce and retail business)

From creating and managing websites to design, content creation, branding, social media and more, I can offer help and guidance.

Based in Strathaven South Lanarkshire, you’ll find me (and Mac of course) working away in our retail shop Say It Gifts. Outside of work, you’ll find me walking Mac, spending time with family and friends, obsessing over my many indoor plants or baking!

I offer a friendly, holistic approach to marketing and business, focusing on natural, organic growth and development. Being a bit of an introvert, you’ll not often see me in front of the camera for my own social media, however I’m a firm believer in different approaches to suit individuals and believe building a business brand starts with the owners and developing an approach around their own personality!
